Eastern Mediterranean University was established in 1979. It is an international university subject to government supervision and support and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs (MA and PhD).
Eastern Mediterranean University is distinguished by its advanced structure and distinguished academic staff. It also includes 16,500 students from 110 different countries, and academic lecturers from 35 different countries, noting that the language of instruction is English. Required documents for bachelor’s students:
- A copy of the high school certificate in English
- A personal photo of the same size as the photos used for the passport
- A copy of the passport or birth certificate
- A copy of the English language proficiency certificate, if available
- An original copy of the transcript and certificate for the bachelor’s degree. If the approved cumulative GPA is not 4.
Documents required for master’s studies:
- Attach a table showing the evaluation method used
- A certified copy of each certificate attached by the university. An English translation of these documents is necessary if they are in any language other than English. A copy of the English language proficiency certificate, if any (TOEFL, IELTS) or their equivalent. Students coming from countries where English is considered the mother tongue must show their place of birth.
Note:
If a proof of English language certificate is not available, the student must take the Eastern Mediterranean University exam, which takes place at the beginning of the academic year.
Documents required for doctoral studies:
- A copy of the passport.
- A copy of the original copy of the transcript and certificate for the bachelor’s degree. If the cumulative GPA is not 4, please attach a table showing the evaluation method used.
- A copy of the original transcript of the master’s degrees and personal certificate.
- A copy of the English language proficiency certificate, if available (TOEFL, IELTS) or their equivalent.
If an English language certificate is not available, the student must take the Eastern Mediterranean University exam, which takes place at the beginning of the academic year.
